You will make a bigger impact than you might expect. One woman reached out to say thank you after being a recipient of one of the meals.
“Our daughter, in her 7th month of pregnancy, is hospitalized with some complications, and may not be able to go to full term. She and the baby are OK, but the pregnancy is in jeopardy. It’s been a scary couple days. To not have to head home to figure out what to fix for dinner was such a blessing!
So, I thank your organization for all you do for the dear little ones with cancer, and I also thank those of you who took time out of your lives to serve us a wonderful meal in such a gracious way.
What a special group you are!” Diane
